Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Amicus GMP Consultants, LLC (“Amicus”, “we”, “us”), a GMP, validation and regulatory consulting firm located at 1122 Lady St, 3rd Floor, Columbia, SC 29201, USA. It explains how we handle personal information collected through amicusgmp.com (the “Site”), including our forms, live chat and meeting scheduler.

This policy does not cover information we receive while delivering services under a signed client agreement. That information is handled under the confidentiality terms of the agreement and any confidentiality agreement (CDA) in place.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Consultation and contact forms: full name, phone number, email address and the message you write. Each form also records which page it was sent from, so we know which service you are asking about.
• Meeting bookings: when you book a discovery call through Calendly on our Contact page, you provide your name, email address, time zone and any notes you add.
• Live chat: messages you send through the chat window, and any contact details you choose to share there.
• Email and phone: anything you send us directly.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information (for example, 483 observations or batch records) through the Site. We sign a CDA before any detailed review.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, our analytics and security tools collect technical and usage data, such as your IP address, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, clicks and scrolling, and the website or ad that referred you. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries, schedule discovery calls and follow up on your request.
• To plan and deliver consulting services and manage our client relationships.
• To send occasional updates or regulatory insights where you have asked for them or where we have an existing business relationship. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the Site is used, measure the results of our advertising and improve our content.
• To protect the Site and our forms from spam, abuse and fraud.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to protect our rights.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following:

Our service providers may only use your information to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Site itself does not need cookies to work. We use cookies and similar technologies set by our service providers for the purposes below.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (for example clicks, scrolling and page layout) so we can find and fix usability problems.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the Site from working, although the chat window may not appear.

reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can read more about how our providers use data in the privacy policies of Google, Microsoft, HubSpot and Calendly.

6. How long we keep information

• Inquiries, chat and CRM records: for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and generally no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless you become a client.
• Client records: for the period required by our client agreements and applicable law.
• Analytics data: kept by our analytics providers for no longer than 14 months.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or limit certain uses, including marketing emails;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam and bot protection on forms, firewall and login protection on the Site, and access controls on the systems that store inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International visitors

Amicus is based in the United States and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Children

The Site is intended for professionals in regulated industries. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them on this page.
